Ginny Lee

Ginny provides programme support to Maslaha.

She is also the Coordinator in the Research and International team for the Young Foundation, which she joined in February 2009.

Ginny has decided to make London her home, an ocean away from Toronto, Canada. Ginny was drawn to London's truly cosmopolitan vibe, and the ease in which she could satiate her travel-bug. One of Ginny's passions is to experience new cultures, new foods and explore the world. Ginny has studied in Korea, built schools in India, taught English in China, as well as participated in a conference to build better cross-Atlantic relations at the University of Bonn. She has travelled extensively, but wants to explore more of Eastern Europe and the Middle East whilst she is in the UK.

Ginny completed her Master's in Public Administration at the University of Ottawa. For her Master's degree Ginny explored knowledge management in the Canadian public sector by examining how the retirement of baby-boomers might affect the process of knowledge transfer in government. Ginny received her Honours BA at the University of Toronto where she majored in International Relations, and minored in Film and Sociology.

She is interested in the ways in which government can be more responsive to the needs of its citizens.
